After writing about Number Games I came to realise that my YouTube experience was fairly insular.
What I’m wondering is:
* How do you find cool people on YouTube?
* Who do you think is doing great stuff on YouTube? (And if you think you’re doing great stuff on YouTube, I want to know about it! Now’s no time to be modest.)
Thank you to MuggleSam who has been pimping the hell out of my channel. I’m almost at a 1000 subscribers. Fun times!
Sometimes you get so caught up in the ‘stuff’ of your existence that you can forget that there’s a big wonderful world outside. Take some time to reconnect with it.
Oh, Valentine’s Day… we meet again. We will exchange chocolate hearts? Flowers? We will sit around feeling nostalgiac about ‘the ones that got away’? I guess only time will tell.
Do you keep trinkets from the ghost of romances past? Or do you prefer to purge that stuff and look forward to new experiences? Let me know in the comments.
This was inspired by a discussion I had with Chris (Bugsinrugs) about the ‘heyday’ of YouTube. I decided to delve into my webcam archives and see what I could find.
Do you have any silly footage to share with the world?
The sensational Carrie Emmy recently celebrated her 100th video on YouTube and JohnOfJordan was almost in it… Don’t forget to check out the JOJCAST interview with Carrie if you haven’t already.
JohnOfJordan tackles a few topics of Australian significance… Fred Nile’s new ‘project,’ Shane Warne’s commentary on modern cricket bowling, and Baz Luhrmann’s epic movie Australia.
JohnOfJordan was unable to attend the recent Sydney YouTube Gathering. He did, however, get up to Sydney on the two days preceding it to hang out with some of his YouTube Friends. So join Greg Gnome as he presents… SYDNEY LIVE!
