Causes
The internet connects people and places in ways that they might have otherwise never encountered. During my time on YouTube, especially, I have become aware of some of the challenges my fellow ‘Tubers’ encounter.
I had personally never given the issue of organ donation much consideration until I was made aware of the plight of ItalianStallionette. I was in awe of the honesty and courage of Andrea and Brian who had lost their son Evan and were drawing upon the experience to help others who found themselves in a similar situation.
We are all drawn together in this medium for one reason or another; to share light and dark, joy and sorrow. It is my belief that we are also presented with opportunities daily to make this world a better place. Whether that involve donating to a worthy cause, deciding to take greater responsibility for your actions, or even just sending someone a short note to let them know you are thinking of them.
