YouTube have started offering Partnership to… um… people who already have it. Yes, really. Whether this is their passive-aggressive way of reminding those with the capability to monetize, monetize, monetize or whether it is just a technical glitch, no one can say for certain.
I was startled to see the message there and thought they may have taken away my partnership before asking me to re-apply, but all the banners are still there. I even advised Mia on Twitter (@youtube) of this development though so far there is no official word on the subject.
